Greek Poker Tour’s third season completion finalized the leaderboard run and showed the man who won a $1.500 World Series of Poker ticket, via a Pokerunion.gr promotion, plus the travel and accommodation expenses for six nights at breathtaking Las Vegas.

This was no one else other than Frank Debus, who made it thanks to the last October’s win and also the very helpful 13th place on last January and by beating all his competitors, he will show up at the biggest poker festival this summer.

January’s Main Event winner, Zsolt Feher, finished second on the list, while last Greek Poker Tour’s triumphant, Dimitris Panagopoulos, moved up to the third place. By watching the final results you can easily extrapolate that a single win in one out of the three tournaments can give you some important points for the leaderboard’s win but it also requires one more good performance to climb at the top. It is also obvious that there is a chance to win the leaderboard without winning any of the tournaments but making at least two deep runs.

We might not had a first place overthrow at the leaderboard but we saw a big change at the Greek Poker Tour All- Time Money List! Dimitris Panagopoulos, last main event big winner, won the biggest first place money prize ever a Greek tournament awarded and worked out to jump over the… legend Yiannis Bouzalas who was at the top of the mountain for a long time! Panagopoulos’ win worth €32,270 and that made him top but he can still hear SHARKastic’s breath who is close to him such as John Taramas and Giorgos Kapalas!
